Happy "World Peace Day!"

Does stress and anxiety keep a tight grip on you?

If you answered yes to this questions you probably are living life, with a lack of peace.  Peace is a gift given to us by God. When someone presents you with a gift, you kindly accept it. Every single day, God presents us with the gift of peace, yet we live feeling constantly overwhelmed, stressed, angry or frustrated.  I am learning that I must be intentional in maintaining an unconditional surrender in my heart.  I do not control the outcomes, of my daily situations, rather I surrender each one of them to the one who is the Prince of Peace.

In our business, we forget to pause in order to appreciate the gift of peace. I encourage you today to  slow down and recognize the need for peace in the areas of your life that you recognize are peace is broken. Then take the next steps by turning your heart Prince of Peace.  By surrendering those broken places and begin to acquire  God's peace, will provide you with freedom. Other steps you consider taking are:  Make peace with your past; Repair a misunderstanding; Forgive someone who has offended you.

Generally, peace is classified into two types: Internal peace and External peace. Internal peace is called another word "inner peace" is peace of mind or soul.

New Living Translation John 14:27
“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.

"Do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace" ~ Dalai Lama

"When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace." Jimi Hendrix

"If you want to make peace with your enemy, you have to work with your enemy. Then he becomes your partner."      ~Nelson Mandela

Grace and peace,
